"The phone in the room didn’t work. The tv was fussy with lines running through it. We told them about it they never fixed it. The WiFi had only 10 channels. Nothing worth looking at. The food didn’t taste good that we ordered and not many selections. Only good thing was the bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. We booked for three days but only stayed one. We just took our loses. Never again!

"This isn’t luxury. This property isn’t as advertised; don’t be fooled by the pictures. It’s burning but luxury. It’s basically a scam.
1. The beach isn’t private.
2. The place is a construction site with vast areas incomplete, and covered by straw mats
3. There were cockroaches in the room, and insects too. The doors are not properly done, there’s huge spaces at the top and under the doors, so the mosquitoes and insects just keep coming, even after you spray.
4. The restaurant was dusty - clearly the place isn’t frequently visited - so they only clean the rooms and areas when a guest arrives. The staff look genuinely surprised to see a guest -
5. There’s just one lady at the front desk who also doubles as the cleaner, waiter, butler, everything other than chef and security. She resumes work at 9am, closes at 5 or 6 - can’t remember. And you’re basically on your own until she resumes.
6. There’s no alcohol at the bar. Zero alcohol - you would think this would be clearly advertised and guests would be informed? No. You get there before you get told there’s no alcoholic drinks at the bar.
7. Overall, it’s just such a disappointing and pretentious place that’s charging a lot of money for nothing.
I actually ended up cutting my stay short and moving to another resort - and I’m very glad I did. "
