"Everything about their rooms, breakfast and customer service were fantastic. My only issue is they didn't have working fridges in their rooms. They have 'chillers' which do next to nothing when it comes to keeping food/drinks cool. I will always recommend Walis to anyone I know and I will definitely stay there again in the coming future."

"Overall, it was a good experience, the staff were very helpful and courteous. Wasn't satisfied with the water heating system and the internet. The water gets cold on you while taking a shower and the internet, well, slow and sometimes unavailable. They did come up with solutions to this, but it was a repeated issue."

"I experienced a major issue when my room flooded due to a faulty tap. However, the general manager was very professional, offering a sincere apology and compensation for a future stay. This was my third time staying here, and it was the first time I've ever had a problem. My only suggestion for the hotel is to respond more promptly to urgent issues like this, rather than waiting until the following day to resolve them."

"Excellent hotel with an amazing staff. Very modern design and well maintained. The gym was one of the best gyms I’ve seen at a hotel . My only issue was , I saw a roach in my room. At this price point, that’s not something you would expect to see. They need to exterminate the place. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again. The food was also excellent,"
