"I would highly recommend this beautiful accommodation in Stresa with beautiful views of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is large and spacious, apartment and gardens are kept immaculately clean by the staff. After each day out we came back to find our apartment cleaned with fresh towels and bed linen. "I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. It is immaculately clean, centrally located for boats to the islands with great amenities including our highlight which was the roof top bar. The staff could not have been more polite or helpful and the breakfast was fabulous! From being shown to our room and given a tour and suggestions for the visit, every member of staff was wonderful and welcoming! We stay in lots of hotels and this is one of our favourites. Would definitely recommend! "

"Incredible! The rooms are amazing (upgraded to junior suite at the counter for a v small cost), the rooftop bar is spectacular, and the lakeside pool is a real treat. Worth the price and truly a special experience."

"The staff were exceptional and always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ample and delicious and the breakfast staff also extremely friendly. Beds extremely comfortable and rooms extremely quiet. Slightly out of town (about 15 minutes) but I liked walking to town and back along the waterfront after dinner. Going to the islands was extremely close - just down the hill. Great stay!!"

For example, she packed us a special breakfast on our last day when we had to leave early. Room was very plain, but clean. The important things such as shower pressure and temperature were all very good."

"Europalace exceeded all expectations. We got a corner lake view room and it was absolutely stunning! The hotel room was spacious, clear and you could tell that the bathrooms had recently been renovated. The location is perfect, and walkable to all the necessary areas around. The only difficult thing is getting to the hotel. If you take the train, just know there is a bus stop that is slightly hidden that will take you to the city center then you will have to walk to the hotel. But, that is just...

"wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht mussten aber wegen Krankheit eine stornieren lassen. Dass kostete uns trotz Zeiteinhaltung dann noch 20€.-Aber egal! Das zimmer war sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad geräumig, in neu renoviertem Zustand. .Alter solider Bau und daher ohne NEBEN-Geräusche. Das einzige ist für längeren Aufenthalt, dass es nur sehr wenig Tagesliccht rein lässt. Der See mit Badestrand(öffentlich) ist ca. 100m Fussweg. Wir werden wieder hinfahren für kurze Aufenthalte."

"The hotel was situated very conveniently across the lake and very close to everything in Stresa. It’s a beautiful family owned boutique hotel with a wonderful view from the common lounge or lake facing rooms and the owners and staff are very welcoming. The rooms are a little compact but clean. The breakfast is a good spread. It’s a great place to explore the lake maggiore area as the ferry terminal is right opposite and there are various boat companies doing tours of the Borromean islands....

"We arrived on a rainy foggy day for one night. Check in was easy & straightforward. The location is terrific and our room had a beautiful view (when its not so foggy!) The Gigi bar was very helpful. Loved the room and the decor- wish we could have stayed longer."

"Lovely hotel on the lakeside, very friendly and helpful staff. Thankfully had parking nearby too which helped a lot. Breakfast was really good too. Would happily return again."
