Limited information provided on check in, particularly that there is a pool on site, and there are fees to rent towels and a swim cap which was reported to be required. The leisure center seemed more like a workout center or gym rather than a hotel pool."

"The Club House was in a great location and very clean and the staff was wonderful. Breakfast was available at a reasonable cost. It can be a challenge for those with difficulties with stairs as there wasn’t a lift available. Otherwise it was very nice."

"Staff were excellent throughout. Breakfast was very good, with a vast selection of foods available in the buffet and a lovely choice of sit-down menu. The room was very big, with very comfortable beds. We had plenty of space even with the rollout bed for our teen and we all slept very well. Just felt for 4star the room was a little tired and needs a bit of TLC."

"I asked in advance months ahead of my visit for a walk in shower as got mobility problems and one was not made available. … very disappointed as gave them plenty of time to provide one, hence unable to shower prior to a family wedding. My visit was split and second half was provided with walk in shower, appreciated but couple days late. How much notice does one have to give ??"
