it is one of the finest hotel i have ever stayed. the team took excellent care of us. each room has its own pool and food is excellent. need to stay minimum three days. thanks to worawee, mam we had a great stay. also the manger helen was on the ground which is unique thing to see. extraordinary view, service. one of the best in asia.

This was just an incredible experience. Daow was incredible, she really made our stay there so amazing. I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.

I was wrapping up a separate vacation trip to Phuket and wanted a nice place near the airport for the 3 nights before I could fly out. I found this on Tripadvisor, with a deal from Expedia. In my younger years I worked in hospitality, so I'm a bit jaded about hotels, especially resorts. But I thought I'd go for the experience and am pleased to say that the Slate exceeded all expectations. In over 60 years of travel, I'd be hard pressed to say that I've had better service, cleanliness and meals...

Wow - fantastic resort! The check-in procedure was a joy - cold towels, delicious fresh drink, flowers, and the utmost of attention from the staff. The staff here are excellent - everyone we spoke with was fantastic - the people are really great!!! The condition of the resort is near perfection. The views are fantastic. The restaurants serve excellent food, with outstanding service. They have golf carts and will drive you throughout the resort at any time. The beach is great, as is the pool....

Absolutely incredible. The pictures don't even do it justice even though they are gorgeous. We had our room made and stocked with water and chocolates multiple times a day so every time we came back from our daily outing we returned to a clean room. Room service is fast and delicious. The oriental spoon is a truly fine dining experience with A+ food and service. Get the breakfast too in your package. It was usually the same each day but with lots of choices like a chef for your eggs, gluten free...

Stayed here for my last week in Thailand. They were very accommodating and the location is pretty great. In a quiet tucked away area besides the mosque that’s near by. You may hear it during prayer time but I wasn’t bothered by it at anytime. The courtyard was a great spot to hangout. Self-service laundry available. The kitchenette area is great for those looking for a longer stay. When I come back to the area this is where I’ll stay!

The rooms are just amazing, huge, nicely setup, we had a top floor with laguna & sea view which really made it the perfect place to stay. The staff is really there for you, helping, smiling, not pushy like in many other places, you feel at ease. Matthieu (from the hotel) did give us a lot of info so that we could make a good use of our time there, we rented a scooter directly at the hotel to get around and for a good price (if you want a car, rent it from known agencies, would be half the price...

Beautiful property. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Mattress was softer than typical in Thailand. Breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Well-maintained pool. Transportation to other rooms and restaurants on-property was easy and generally fast, unless they were very busy. Food was delicious. Drinks (alcohol) were okay. Not far from elephant sanctuary and shopping. Farther from scuba points. Beach is a short drive. Would stay again.

I got an upgrade to a vila with private pool. I've never seen such a beautiful room before.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the Banyan Tree Phuket was amazing. Everything was beyond top notch. Every aspect of the Villa was amazing (How will any other hotel ever compare?). The daily breakfast was delicious beyond words. We highly recommend this hotel if you want your stay to be truly memorable.

Marriott Phuket Beach Club is situated between JW Marriott and Marriott hotel, next to Anantara Hotel on Mai Kao beach, 15 minutes north from the airport.

Three days of total relaxation. Not much to do around the area but the grounds are lovely. We enjoyed the seafood buffet on the beach, exceptional food. Breakfast was amazing.

Our family of 4 (we have 2 kids aged 3 and 5) stayed 10 nights at this property and absolutely loved it. The villas/suites were stunning with fully equipped kitchens and luxuriously decorated/furnished. The hotel F&B outlets were great and good value and the food quality high. The beach was only a 5 minute walk away and is excellent, with golden sands and warm sea water (with nice waves). The hotel was very family friendly with a great pool and excellent kids club. We absolutely loved this resort. Our only regret is not staying longer. We booked this resort through Expedia. We communicated with them before our stay. They helped organize our pickup from the Phuket airport, they helped setup up a romantic dinner on the beach and setup a driver to take us from Phuket to Krabi. I was nervous about depending on them to do all this for me as I worry about everything. They responded to every question in a timely matter and everything they did for us went so...

Our stay here was phenomenal. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The property itself is gorgeous and the private beach, while we couldn’t swim, was really the cherry on top. Be warned, there are a lot of stairs, but the staff were happy to give us a ride back up to our room in a golf cart. I cannot say enough about the staff at this resort.
