"1. Opening your room door can be awkward. You have to pull before you push. Glitch with the electronic system I guess
2. No room service after 10pm. Limited food delivery options. It's a quiet town.
3. House keeping seems random as they miss days.
In short, charming property in a great location but the laid back culture means that guests need to adjust their expectations accordingly"
"Very friendly desk manager. Called to make sure everything in the room was ok. We were just there one night and didn’t use much of the available facilities. Huge room and very well maintained. Wish we were in Andorra longer."
"Location, location, location, this is on an intersection, which allows you to walk to all the major shopping areas. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the breakfast buffet is good. Don’t forget to ask about having eggs cooked your way because it’s not posted anywhere. 😉"
"Natalie and the entire staff were welcoming and supportive after I was discharged from the hospital after surgery with a broken leg. From helping with my breakfast, baggage and even arranging a shave/trim, I can’t thank them enough. Will return asap"
"The hotel was easy to find, being right on the main road through Andorra La Vella.
The only problem we had was with the parking. There is a small parking area by the front door (only realistically approached coming downhill) for brief use while checking in. Unfortunately someone decided to spend 20 mins in reception causing a backlog onto the main road for several cars.
The parking costs €17 per night, which is ok given that parking is at a premium. Once you enter the underground car park things get a bit testing. It was obviously created when cars were much smaller and there is very little room for manoeuvre in what feels like a cave.
The room was spacious & clean, perfectly adequate for our one night stay.
The hotel clearly caters for many coach parties. The dinner & breakfast are buffet style and a queue forms quickly at ‘opening time’. There is a bit of a scrum for seats & food so it may be best to be first in line or go half an hour later!
Overall, the hotel was good but our stay was rather spoiled by anxiety about the parking as we saw a few fresh dents on other cars.
On reflection, we would have preferred another hotel further up the hill in another village, with less traffic & open parking."
