"Excelente Riad. Muy accesible desde la Bab Boujloud (aunque sí es conveniente tenerlo cargado en alguna aplicación de mapas), pero una vez que sabes llegar es muy accesible.
Eso sí, una vez en el Riad es un verdadero lujo, desde la atención de llegada hasta la arquitectura del Riad y todos los rincones que puedes disfrutar y, por supuesto, su deliciosa desayuno. No dudes ni un segundo en seleccionar este Riad. Está excelente. "
"TERRIBLE ATTENTION SINCE ARRIVAL, reception personnel didn’t help or even care, and when asked to call a supervisor they didn’t do it, then after several visits and very upset, I asked for the email of supervisor and GM, and the response was “why?” And NO, incredible! After a few visits to reception trying to solve our problems seems that reservations didn’t do their job either, they , not only they made me wait, several times, then they have their prayers and they of course all leave. And yes, incredibly, nothing was solved.
Not even the printer on the reception worked,
Check-out was as-bad, we had to show the reservations and loose more time so we were not overcharged.
Anyways, tha hotel needs renovation immediately. Huge pool What a shame, marriott shouldn’t have the brand in that property unless training comes their way."
"Excelente propiedad, un gran hotel de montaña, con un lujo discreto y elegante digno de los mejores de los Alpes o el Pirineo. Excelente servicio, atento y amable, el restaurante europeo es de los mejores en Marruecos. Precios caros "
"Definitely not a 5 star hotel. The check in said that it was at 12:00 p.m. and we arrived at 1:30p.m. and for our surprise they told us that the room wasn’t ready and they had us waiting at the lobby….
Our room had no towels, we had to ask for them. Only two towels were handed. No hand towels, floor pads or anything. The bathtub is too high you can easily fall from it.
The pool is nice from the room, it’s no heated. If you want to use the heated pool they charge you extra for that. Then we asked for pizza and drinks and didn’t have half of the menu.
The only decent thing was the spa which the lady was very nice. "
