"Everything was great about this hotel. The location is absolutely unbeatable: 5 minutes away from the bus station, and close to all the sights since it is smack in the middle of the historic center. Breakfast is delicious, the staff is helpful, and the facilities are impeccable. One word of advice: there is a gym in the hotel. It is located on the 6th floor, and it’s open 24 hours a day. If you are staying in the 5th floor (505-508), you will definitely hear people running on the treadmill at midnight, or dropping weights on the floor. Ask first where they are going to put you. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was a great size and clean, air con wasn’t working efficiently even after talking to receptionist about it. Staff in reception were helpful and friendly. Not happy staff at breakfast time. Staff in the Gran Cafe were friendly but very short staffed and were run off their feet. Parking was very good"

"Hotel is in the industrial area of the city with good free parking options. Grocery store across the street as well as banks gas stations etc. the restaurant is nice for coffee and breakfast. The room is okay, my window had a privacy film and only light came through, no real view. The shower stall was weird but functional if you don't mind splashing water all over the place. I would stay here off season when the price is a good value."
