The hotel was in Old Town Munich. Excellent restaurants steps away. The breakfast was amazing. Loved the bedding and how clean the room was. Absolutely a great choice to stay.

I was very and happily surprise with this hotel. It is about 15 min away from the center of Munich but it is in the perfect location. The staff is super friendly- you feel like family!! The hotel lobby has specific hours- which could be a problem if you arrive after 11pm but in all honesty this is so minor compared to all the good things that it never bothered me. Very niche Gasthaus in bavarian country style, less than 10 km away from the exhibition center. I have appreciated the atmosphere and the exquisite courtesy of the personnel. Clean and cosy room. Very good value for the price. Even the minibar prices are good, with a good choice of beverages of any kind. The restaurant is good, although the cuisine is not typically bavarian, and prices are reasonable. Surely to keep in mind for any next journey to Munich.

This is a family owned and run hotel. They take pride in their work, and it shows. The train station is a convenient 10 to 15 minute walk and the center of Munich can be reached in another 15 to 20 minute train ride. The location is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Because it is family-owned, there are multiple generations working.
