"Très déçu de cet hôtel. J'ai été logé dans une chambre ou la clim ne fonctionnait pas très bien en pleine canicule. C'est un peu dommage. Les toilettes fonctionnent difficilement. J'ai dû utiliser la poubelle pour faire chasse d'eau à plusieurs reprises. Le petit-déjeuner par contre est très bien"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. I inadvertently left a small item in the room upon departure. Housekeeping discovered it even before I knew of my mistake, the desk called me and kindly arranged to have it sent to me by post. (I paid for postage expenses, of course.) Very efficient and appreciated. "

"The property is lovely, although a little tired; the room was large with sofa, good storage and some strange wall hangings (think swords and battle axes!), but the bed was below par - two different beds pushed together that moved and were not very comfortable. The gym is good with a balcony that looks over the forest, and the spa was great with good massages and spa facilities. Overall, a recommend, but wish they would upgrade the bed, pillows and bedding to match to overall feeling of the hotel. "
