"I was late arriving at the location, the reception had a number to call - a pleasant lady showed up and checked me in. i was leaving early the next days so she made me a take away bag for breakfast, it was really delicious. My stay was short, only 7 hours in total but comfortable and welcoming. recommended for both business and recreational purposes, the buildings and grounds are really beautiful. "

"Very usefull for a short or long stay, on the outskirts of Caen, only a 15 minute drive from the ferry and just off the ringroad. Fully equipped kitchenette in room, large conforrable bed and large tv (french chanels)"

"The staff at the Brit were extremely welcoming and the hotel room was clean and comfortable. Disappointed we were not able to have a hot drink in the room. Despite there being a kettle and tea/coffee they only provided small shot glasses for drinks which was extremely odd! There was also no fridge in the room which we needed to keep milk for our baby. "

"Our check-in process was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgable team members which was a great start to the stay. The room was fantastic, everything had been thought of (utensils, welcome pack with basic cleaning supplies, kitchen appliances). The pool was incredible, a little dated (a couple of interactive features did not work, and they did not turn on the water features until we were out and ready to leave), but such a relaxing change of pace to other family parks we have experiences. The outdoor pool area was welcomed by our two children too, being warmed too was an excellent addition. The on site shop has selected opening times, something to bear in mind if you’re relying on it for anything. The children’s area is superb, we could have spent everyday of our stay all day here! So overall, we’re very happy with our stay and already looking ahead to our return visit!"

"The facilities are extremely basic. There was no coffee or tea, water boiler, hair dryer provided, just some dirty paper cups. I also found hair in the sink. Essentially, all you get is a bed with pillows, but even the bed sheets were dirty."

"Pour ce séjour agréable,nous avons été déçu sur la prestation des chargeurs pour voitures électriques.Bornes neuves certes mais cela ne fonctionne pas !!! Avec carte et avec application ! Obligé d’aller se charger ailleurs. Pour l’extra sauna jaccuzi le prix me semble un peu excessif même pour un week-end. Note mineure: boîte de mouchoirs vide dans la sdb."
