"Convenience location easy assets to the city centre however please note the hotel is situated inside a building which you need to assess through 2 separate elevators which the flow of travel maybe a bit wired
The room is decent and clean.
Please keep all keycard for check out.
View is amazing for breakfast area."
"Excellent hotel for the price. Super convenient location.
Only improvement would be the breakfast, which is good but not excellent.
In summary, I d say 4.8/5."
"It was a scenic walk from the lake to the property, we enjoyed it although it was drizzling. The room was nice and comfortable to accommodate 5 of us. We didn’t realize that there was no attached shower room when we booked so was a little shocked when we realized that upon check-in. If you intend to go to the onsen (which you should really go - there are 2 private ones and a big public one), then there’s no big issue with that. The dinner experience was also great, it was an extensive spread and immediately after dinner, there was free drinks at the front desk area. I would love to stay one more night so we could thoroughly enjoy the facilities and the beautiful surroundings!"
"The property is set in a perfect location of Yufuin, only a few minutes walk to the main streets/ Yufuin Floral village. The staff were very attentive and welcoming, and the property is charming and traditional. The private onsen was a nice touch! The only downside to the hotel is that it’s a little dated and the walls are paper thin. I would recommend ear plugs if a light sleeper! Also, we did not realise that everything in Yufuin closes at 5pm - only 3 restaurants were open in the whole town and one of them was fully booked up so there’s really not much choice. We decided to not book half board as we wanted to try different foods but very nearly got caught out as did not realise everywhere shut…. Just something for travellers to be aware of…"
"Staff is svery friendly and bows very deeply at every opportunity. Language can be a barrier if you don't speak Japanese, but these days there are plenty of apps to help with that part."
