From the very start the staff was very nice, even though we weren't the best tourists. We stayed a short time, and in that tike the staff was friendly, despite our Faux Pas and were willing to help us with arranging luggage forwarding. The room we booked was very clean and offered coffee, tea, and ice water in our rooms which we were free to use. What a great experience! Beautiful grounds, friendly staff, and delicious food. The cats theme is charming and we loved being able to spend time with them. It was nice having a private onsen and since there are limited guests, we didn’t have to reserve and were able to bathe whenever we asked. I recommend staying more than one night, and wish the trip were longer. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

Amazing and helpful staff, my room on the first day was a little warm, even with my card inserted, not too sure if the AC was on or was a little slow, but the next day it was perfectly fine. It’s a charming and outdated hotel, but the location and the hospitality make up for it. Also, I’m glad that they accommodated me for the Attack on Titan room. Thanks to the staff, I’ll be sure to visit again.

若いスタッフが一生懸命少人数で工夫して宿を運営している姿に好感が持てました。古民家の別棟を家族６人で利用。和室2部屋とベット2つが置かれた部屋がありトイレ2つ。洗面所3つ冷蔵庫2つが設置されている。食事も別棟内に用意してくれる。お風呂は予約制で数歩外を歩く必要があり天気の悪い日や足腰が弱い人は利用しづらい。他の客には一切会うことなくプライベート感を味わえる宿でした
