Room was very nice. Our grandson didn’t want to leave the hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Front desk people were very nice. Close to MAPS museum and Hartville market.

Was just one night but loved the room and the breakfast was outstanding

Everything was great until we tried to get out of the parking garage and our ticket wouldn’t work. Fortunately the head of the garage was pulling in when we were having trouble and told the guy on duty to let us out. Coming back from our event that evening we couldn’t get into the garage and are going to dispute the charges with the front desk.

They were extremely friendly, helpful, kind to my little boy. The food at the Amish store was not up to par as usual is, but the cleanliness and helpfulness of the staff and the service was outstanding.

I was traveling to Canton for an event and the host hotel was sold out. I went online and read the reviews for other hotels and Springhill Suites had great reviews. It was the perfect choice. Very close to the airport, but also within walking distance of tons of great shopping. This would be a great hotel for families as they have washers/dryers available and free breakfast. The kids at the table next to us were having a blast making waffles.

This hotel made feel very comfy and safe as you are located right over a parking garage !!! It was so quiet in this hotel . Everyone from the front desk person to all who cleaned were so friendly . It comes with a free computer to use in the main lobby which was nice for me who is retired and on a very tight budget !!! Every morning was free breakfast from 6 AM until 10 AM !!! It was great another plus for me !!! Hot coffee or hot tea and cookies all day long was nice also !!! Rooms are a nice...

My (picky) daughter and I were both very satisfied with our stay at this Best Western. Whenever I try something new and budget friendly, she gets nervous about the location and/or cleanliness. We will both stay here again when visiting my eldest daughter.

I liked the cleanliness, the staff's pleasant and hospitable attitude and generally pleasant atmosphere. I love that my pet was welcomed and this made my trip so much easier. What I did not care for was the obvious dismissive attitude some guests must employ about cleaning up after their own pets. What a sad state of mind when provided with such a comfortable and safe envoronment for myself and my pet.

Great restaurants spa and hot tub steam room the total experience was amazing and fit for a honeymoon with the historic views and secluded location

The jetted tub room is excellent!! The bed & shower was excellent. The lack of tv channels and no microwave in the room were the only issues I had but are very minor issues.

We had a great time

I was able to rest and relax!!! Very quiet and the staff was very accommodating!

With this price this hotel exceeds all expectations! The staff was so friendly! The beds were probably some of the softest I’ve ever slept in during a stay. And the pillows, the same they were soft! Honestly the hospitality was some of the best I’ve ever experienced!
