I really liked the food and timeliness of the food room service. Again the food choices were really good and it arrived in a pretty short time from ordering.

This is an area still developing to cater to current and future needs to locals and tourists. The theme park is suitable for young families. If there is package multi day entrance fee it would be a plus. The rental property is very new and well kept with basic needs for any size of family

The Bedrock Hotel is a one-of-a-kind place: quirkily but tastefully decorated with wonderful management. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Debbie helped me arrange a tour to the Cameron Highlands and transport to the train station. I'd highly recommend the Bedrock, and I'll stay there the next time I visit Ipoh, a little gem of a town that's not yet spoiled by an onslaught of tourists.

It was such a uniquely designed hotel and even though it is not in town, it doesn't take to long to order a grab ride to go out and in. The only thing that could be improved on is if the shared kitchen area was better equipped with soap, paper towels, and dishes to use.

For me, the experience staying here was worth so much more than the small cost per night. I stayed three nights and was able to tour Cameron highlands and spend time with the family working at the property. I took a hike through the jungle, cooked over a fire, and saw the local neighnoring village. I came here looking for a different experience than what the hotels had to offer, and what I found was a peaceful oasis of nature and traditional livelihood in a modernizing agricultural region. Complete relaxation in a beautiful setting. The villas are comfortable and quite big. The open air concept gives you that feeling of being in nature, but in a private setting. The entire grounds give way to a stress-free experience. The staff are helpful and courteous; they went over and above to tend to our needs. They were able to find my wedding ring that slipped off my finger unbeknownst to me. Then they arranged a driver to bring it to my hotel in Kuala Lumpur! Awesome service and...

Staff was cheerful and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. There were many USB power outlets in the room, making it easy to charge devices. There was not much table or shelf space for personal items. A drawer or 2 would be much appreciated.

Wendy and Jason was a great host! I send a message and they responded very quickly and was very accommodating to our needs/requests. They gave us much very useful information before we checked in and maintained good communication with us. The instruction covers every single detail. The front desk person was friendly, had a good sense of humor. Helpful. Our room was good size, clean and comfortable. It would have been nice if the restaurant and bar had been open. But with today’s staff shortages, was not surprised.
