This place was fantastic! We were a family of four staying in one room and a family of three staying in another. We had amazing staff at reception as well as cleaning. Everyone was so nice, helpful and kind! Will DEFINITELY stay here again on another trip!

Beautiful property and well-appointed room

Amazing old 17th century palace recently renovated to extremely high standard. A beautiful building with very attentive staff. A good night's sleep in a very quiet room with amazing wooded ceiling One small gripe, you have to check in at another hotel down the road! Not a massive problem, but not so great if it's getting late and you're tired.

The hotel was excellent on all levels. A beautiful building, great parking, close to dining, shopping, casino and the beach. The bed was comfortable and spacious. We have absolutely nothing but good views of the hotel and the staff.

Close by to Guggenheim. Easy access to public transport. Clean. Quiet. Good WIFI. skip hotel breakfast and go to Cokooncafé for the best breakfast you will find in the area.

This hotel is totally first class, so beautiful and lovely. The staff is also amazing and friendly. They have underground parking making that process stress free. Great location and breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Excellent property in a great location where the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this hotel. Good sized rooms and great amenities. Breakfast room was very tasty food.

Great view of the ocean. Very walkable area. Elegant old hotel, modernized, yet charming. Cafe available, as well as restaurant, for those who like to eat before 8:30pm.
