"A couple of frustrations. The staff does not explain to you how to work the AC. The usual controls don’t work. The AC controls are on a remote that we didn’t notice were on the entertainment center the next morning. And on the first stay the manager asked THREE times if we had dog on check in. The second stay the female manager asked about a dog then asked again if we had dog. I said “nope I didn’t get one in the last 60 seconds “. There fixation about asking about a dog but neglecting to inform about their unusual air conditioning unit is ridiculous. BUT on the good side the accommodations were excellent!"

"The breakfast quality is pretty low. The cooked stuff anyway. The yogurt, cereal and apples were fine. Just skip the rest. The staff was never, ever at the front desk. They have a little motion detector that rings a bell and then you wait for someone to hear it and show up. The place is clean and the bed was comfortable."

"The room was very clean. The door was hard to open and to shut. We were on the 2 nd floor the walk way needs to be repair and the stairs to the 2 nd floor had areas that were rusted out and is dangerous would have taken pictures but it was raining wish they had turned on their conditioner it was very warm in the room when we checked in. But room itself was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Felt very safe walking my dog around the property."
