The house was beautiful and was in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere and not move the car. I loved the fact we had a guaranteed parking space. The parlor with coffee and tea were perfect. The check in process was super easy and all the messages about check in and out we're helpful.

I was very impressed. Cute farmhouse-style rooms. Exceptionally clean. Talked to the staff, and they couldn't have been nicer. I even got ice from the ice house! Will definitely stay here again.

The Williamsburg Inn is a delightful place to enjoy a get-away, while visiting Colonial Williamsburg, or other area attractions. Upon arriving, we were met by the attentive staff who saw to our every need. When entering the hotel, we saw many vases of beautiful yellow roses grouped together, which complemented the attractive décor. I loved my stay! The views are spectacular and the food at the restaurant below is delicious. The staff there are lovely and very helpful. Be aware that there is no front desk, you just call to their sister property to get door codes for your room. I liked this but if you’re looking for a traditional hotel, this isn’t it. They were very helpful over the phone and let me have a later checkout. FYI, the restaurant does not serve breakfast, so be prepared to drive to Smithfield or Williamsburg...

We loved our stay! The property is very pretty and the room was beautiful! The amenities in the room were great and the breakfast items in the fridge were perfect! We’d definitely stay again.

This was a family trip with 2 kids under 6. The accommodations were top notch! Loved everything about it! We will definitely be back! We were impressed with the staff as well. Kudos!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Williamsburg Sampler B & B. We appreciated the close proximity to Colonial Williamsburg and William and Mary College, as well as the quiet location. Mr. Ike is such a kind man and an excellent Innkeeper..lovely to talk to him and tour his Inn. The room was very comfortable and clean and the breakfast was just delicious! We will definitely revisit this quaint inn on our next visit!

Great place to stay for a quick trip to Busch Gardens!

We stayed with kids a very nice and clean and convenient place. Staff is great. Food is decent just like what you expect from a breakfast they can probably add some more options but it was enough. The only one thing they should change is getting different shampoos and body washes a bit of a better quality but everything else is great We’ll definitely stay again.

Comfortable bed, good pillows, great shower, good breakfast and coffee. The only thing to be negative about was the ice machine wasn't working on our floor but the 4th floor was working.

The property was clean. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. This is a good hotel to stay the night. We were only there for a night, but it was comfortable and well taken care of.

We are frequent flyers to Williamsburg & love this area. In the past, we stayed with family, but they no longer live there, so we needed a place to stay during our trip. We decided to go the BnB route & we are so glad we did! We stayed in the Lewis room, which is the smallest of the 3 rooms, but it was fine for us during our 3 night stay.
