The house was beautiful and was in the perfect location. We were able to walk everywhere and not move the car. I loved the fact we had a guaranteed parking space. The parlor with coffee and tea were perfect. The check in process was super easy and all the messages about check in and out we're helpful.

The Williamsburg Inn is a delightful place to enjoy a get-away, while visiting Colonial Williamsburg, or other area attractions. Upon arriving, we were met by the attentive staff who saw to our every need. We are frequent flyers to Williamsburg & love this area. In the past, we stayed with family, but they no longer live there, so we needed a place to stay during our trip. We decided to go the BnB route & we are so glad we did! We stayed in the Lewis room, which is the smallest of the 3 rooms, but it was fine for us during our 3 night stay. This property was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights, and I will definitely stay again. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel was minutes away from shopping. The front desk staff was courteous and inviting. I stay in hotels often, and am very meticulous.....this one will not disappoint! Another plus is that NO PETS were allowed. I have really really bad allergies and sensitive skin. I cannot stay in places where pets are allowed.

Colonial elegance with all the modern amenities. Very friendly and cordial staff and the rooms were beautifully decorated with charming furniture. The breakfast served was excellent and the breakfast room and lounge was one of our favorites. Highly recommend.

The bed was so comfortable as well as the pillows. The staff was friendly. They need to vacuum their elevators though as they were pretty filthy. The hallways and the bedrooms were clean. The parking was great.

Suite was spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette was a nice addition since this was an extended stay. Room was clean and well kept. Hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, stores and entertainment. The only issue I found with the listing on hotels.com for this property is that it mentioned it had an indoor pool, which it doesn’t, so that definitely needs to be updated. Restaurant terrible no decent breakfast had to wait a long time and so did other customers

The hotel is very nice. The room was clean . The only complaint I have is we had to wait to check in and we arrived after 5 pm.
