"The lobby and courtyard were well maintained and charming. The rooms were clean except for a couple of minor things I noticed. The breakfast was good and I enjoyed the decor in that area. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a night while passing through Amarillo."

"I was able to park my 22' box truck in the lot across the street, plenty of space for RV's & trucks. Indoor pool, breakfast, can't beat the location right off of the highway. Older building, but it's very charming and clean."

"The facility is going through massive remodel. Looks like they just acquired the location. NO SIGNAGE OUTSIDE! I drove up and was soo confused. The name of the hotel is nowhere! There are shipping containers all over the parking lot. There were just a few vehicles in the parking lot, so I thought they were for workers. I called and was told it was the right place. My room had not been remodeled yet. It definitely needs it, but I’m sure it will happen. There was also a worker with a lift RIGHT outside my window. Pool/hot tub is closed. I used the treadmill and that was fine. Had I known it was such a mess and would have chosen a different location. Should be fine once work is done."

"I only get to stay at a Hyatt Place once every two years and this location was everything the experience was desired to be. The helpful staff, clean space, unbelievable breakfast, spacious and modern room, top notch amenities…this location couldn’t do anything better than they already have. Incredible one night stay and wish I could have stayed longer. Well done guys. Two thumbs way up."
