I gave this stay excellent ratings across the board because, while it wasn’t a luxury hotel experience, they did an amazing job with what they have in such a remote location. The domes were clean, warm, and ready for us on time. The staff was very attentive and seemed to be constantly working to make sure everyone had hot water, clean facilities, warm bedding, and good food. The location is fair..5 min. By taxi to main square 15 min walk.The Staff..Liz.is the daughter of the owner..his name is Victor..I never wrote a review before this is my first .I have never been treated so warm and friendly by a hotel staff in all my hotels Lis speaks and understand english Victor is still learning..The rooms are super clean. This place is amazing. The staff are incredible, everything is perfectly decorated, it’s ideally located in the San Blas area, and the food and drinks are great! I can’t say enough positive things about our stay there. Will definitely stay there again!

Excellent Hotel if you want a walking distance location to the main plaza. Stuff was very friendly and helpful when in comes to tours, city information and food (Specially Cesar). Rooms were clean except that it was really cold and heater didnt do much. Overall great place to stay.

This place was great! Recommend to all. The staff go above and beyond to help you and make you feel welcome. Clean, solid breakfast, very kind staff who asked us every time they saw us if we needed anything (and offered toiletries, towels, room cleaning, directions, advice). The polla a la brassa across the street was very good and only 30 soles per meal--don't get ripped off by the tourist restaurants on the main street.

The hotel is ok, perfect location! The best of this hotel is the excellent service provided by the owner and family. They are amazingly nice and friendly.

The property was quaint, and inclusive. Staff was great, and helpful. I loved the baby Alpaca Kiki in the courtyard. The restaurant staff was amazing, and the food delicious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the live music in the courtyard in the evenings.

This hotel is excellent is you want to stay and Cusco and be close to the tours and restaurants. I would recommend is to avoid the rooms outside of the main rooms. They are located near the dining area. They are older and colder than the newer rooms. They are also more remote from the rest of the hotel. The Hotel accomodations were excellent and the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night at the hotel, but we still really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, and the staff is very friendly. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

The first night I arrived at this hotel I had altitude sickness, and the staff were very response and moved very quickly to get me the help I needed. They provided me with an oxygen mask and gave me oxygen, immediately called the doctor and stayed with me in my room until the doctor arrived. They went above and beyond to make sure I had the best care possible. I am truly grateful for what they did.

This hotel is very central to everything and the staff was super friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of variety great service. General TiPS....when you get to Cusco just relax in your room the first day/night. The altitude is no joke. The hotel provides oxygen for $35 so if you are feeling light headed or out of breath this comes in handy. ALSO no alcohol or heavy foods the first night. The hotel is beautiful and in a great location in the center of Cusco. Lenny gave us a fabulous welcome and 2 cups of coca tea when we arrived. The staff was fabulous and kept our suitcases for us while we hiked the Salkantay trail. Good breakfast and provided information and support for what where we needed.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Cusco center, close to restaurants and coffee shops. It is clean and cozy. The very best part of our stay was extremely helpful staff going above and beyond to make our trip so enjoyable: they were helping with COVID tests, contacting tour operators, calling taxi etc. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose it again !

The hotel is new, spacious, and well designed. Excellent breakfast. Nice and helpful staff. I've traveled over 20 countries in the past 10 years. This is the best hotel and staff member we ever met. I give two thumbs up.
