"The staff at check in were not at all friendly or helpful. Housekeeping came to our door more than once a day to disturb us because they had supplies stored in the room we booked. Kitchen appliances that were listed in room were missing (no blender, no knives, the toaster could not be used because it kept tripping the circuit breaker)"

The front desk was very responsive to my request during my stay. Nicholas was there at 2 am the morning that I checked to ensure I was at the airport in time for my early flight home. Excellent accommodation for my stay in Ghana."
