"Really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The walk to the tram stations is manageable normally, but dragging a heavy suitcase through snow and ice made it feel longer than it actually is. The staff at check in were excellent. Kate at the reception desk deserves a mention because she was incredibly friendly and genuine. Honestly, she’s the main reason I’m giving 5 stars. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amsterdam.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"Amazing. Lift system is awesome ! Never had such a short wait for an elevator. Rooms amazing. Speaker is a really nice touch View is great! Curtains and electrical system slightly annoying as if one person leaves the room the lights go out leaving the other in darkness. And the blinds would close randomly which was annoying. "

"The location is really nice. Very close to train station and a grocery store. The room was decently clean and comfortable, especially for the price. Staff was very kind and the lobby was very nice to work in. I would definitely consider staying again."

"Breakfast was really good just missing bacon. The disappointment was the showers it built up in the tray and had black mold all around the silicon for a Hilton I expected alotmore than this to be honest "
