The building / room is as you would expect from a 5 star hotel. What really sets it apart is the incredible staff and remarkable breakfast. Worth every penny and the perfect place to stay if you would like to treat yourself in Shanghai.

The Puli is a quiet and refined oasis in the middle of the busy city and well located for shopping and access to the city.

Location, slacial room, clean

Excellent location. They offered an upgrade for only 30usd extra and I got a gorgeous suite with a terrace and view of the skyline. I wish I could have stayed longer

Staff was pleasant and had a device to assist with translation. Out of the 9 hotels I stayed at during my trip, this was the first one. They were also helpful with our luggage! Free shuttle to and from Disneyland and the airport were great. They have a great structure and communication for these scheduled leaves. Breakfast was included. A beautiful hotel with a huge lobby, located perfectly inside Wuhzen near the old town. Very comfortable stay with a beautiful gym and a huge indoor swimming pool, perfect for a short stay to visit the incredible water town of Wuzhen !

Overall, I enjoyed staying at the hotel. There’s a shuttle that will drive you to the airport, which makes me the more convenient.. the staff was friendly and helpful.
