All hotel staff was at all times friendly and professional. They even shared some details about the centuries old hotel.

This place is beautiful, right in the center of the city, there is a lot of activities going on at the central park at night, but around 11 pm everything goes silent. will take my family back to such a beautiful place.

Nice and very helpful staff

The rooftop view was spectacular! The help from the staff for arranging transport, guides, hiking trips, food recommendations, was over the top helpful and much appreciated! This hotel is a little treasure. Super clean. Very new (or perhaps recently remodeled) and with nice rooms with hot water. Attention to detail is obvious regarding construction and the staff is typical with wonderful Guatemalan service and courtesy. It’s a little mansion with marble and nice couches to sit in the common area where you can chat with family. Pricing is very reasonable. El personal muy atento, todo limpio igual a lo ilustrado. Buena ubicación cerca de los parques.

Fue una maravilla quedarme aquí. Del momento en que llegué hasta que me fui, las personas del hotel me trataron de forma increíble. Muy atentos con el esguince que tenía, muy amigables, y pacientes con todas las preguntas que les hacía (era mi primera vez en Xela). El hotel es muy limpio, la cama cómoda, y es tiene un ambiente bastante calmadito. Descansé muy bien. Y por la cercanía al parque central, pude ver varias cosas, aún con mi pie malito. Next time I am in the city, I will stay here.

Absolutely lovely hotel very near the city center! I was only here 1 night but it was perfect and would have been very happy to have been able to stay longer. The room was huge, the bed was amazingly comfortable, the shower worked well, the outdoor space was great - I couldn't have asked for anything more.
