Probably the best accomodation you can find near Soke or Priene/Miletos/Didim! The room was nice and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Although it's a quiet and beautiful countryside, the area is well-served by minibuses (which terminate right at the gate of Priene) and city buses (taking you to Soke, Miletos, and Didim), so it'll be perfectly OK if you don't drive!

What a treasure! It was an adorable guesthouse in an old stone building. You can tell they pay a lot of attention to details to make your stay comfortable. The room was clean, beautifully decorated and well designed. You have everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We had a room with a partial ocean view but once you are on the balcony you can fully see the ocean. The breakfast cost extra but we were glad we did because it was delicious. The couple who run the place was very...

We were pleasantly greeted by the host Malaika's kind and welcoming smile. We had a great view and the room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Mr Hassan (part owner) also picked us up from the airport. Breakfast was sumptuous and promptly served at 8 AM. The dining has a great view. Mohammet and his companion served coffee, juice and Tea and were conversant in English. The location of Villas is right inside the oriental market where alleyways lead to other wonderful shops/markets. This is...

This is a fabulous property. Stay with confidence.

It is a nice quite place if you would like to get away from the city life

It is a very nice hotel with a unique location. It’s 3 minutes to old town, rooms are nice, breakfasts are very tasty. Hotel owner is a very pleasant men, he tries to help with any request. The only thing that needs to be kept in mind: the street is very narrow and uphill, so if you’re coming by the car, you must be very careful, there is no dedicated parking.

I would like to thank everyone working hard to make this place an awesome accomodation. It was perfect.

The rooms and the grounds were really nice. The view, particularly at the sunset, is amazing. The infinity pool enhances the view. Very caring staff. I was concerned about limited parking, but the staff helped us get a space. The music from an outdoor concert space can be loud, but the sound proofing is good and helps a lot. But if you want quiet, you may want to look in a different area all together since all properties in that area are affected by those concerts. Overall, we loved staying...

Excellent. From the rooms to the perfect breakfast. The only hotel that recognized my status on Expedia and upgraded. Helpful staff from the reception to the people cleaning rooms and the breakfast staff. We will return. Centrally located and highly recommend it

Fun hotel in the midst of the everything. We had a sea view and it was gorgeous to wake up to the waves crashing. Best turkish breakfast spread we had all trip, on a lovely rooftop restaurant with even better views. Walking distance from all the nightlife, restaurant etc. Definitely recommend and would stay again. There was music / sounds from outside till late night (we knew this would be a the case and it didn't bother us).

Great destination

Owner Orhan met us on the main boulevard off which his lovely boutique hotel was located, He was so gracious to help us with our luggage. The place is centrally located. Steps to great shopping, dining, etc. The 1 bedroom suite we had comfortably accommodated my family of four adults. The place was immaculately clean and modern. I would highly recommend to stay here.

Nice mainstream hotel with dining room and bar. Great! Breakfast buffet. Easy parking and a good stop if you are passing through on way to Ephesus. Tons of restaurants nearby
