"Room was clean and good size espically that we had an infant with us. Most staff were great and helpful. The only issue was when I booked the room the images of the room had a balcony, but the room we got didn’t have a balcony. We had to upgrade our room to get a balcony."

"The staff at this hotel are exceptional; I've never encountered such helpful service during my travels through over 30 countries. They go above and beyond to assist. When I booked a car and the driver was delayed, the staff quickly ordered another one through their phone and guided the driver exactly where to go. Despite being a little late for our intercity train, their support was outstanding—they even texted me to confirm I boarded the train. I didn’t miss it. That’s how caring they are. They are truly some of the best staff in the world.😍😍"
