The staff are very friendly. There is a good coffee bar in the lobby. The a/c works great and theres a workable kitchen with everything you need to cook.

The hotel is very clean and the tooms.are comfortable. Restaurants atound the srea are great. The best part is the staff. They are caring, proffesional amd very attentive.

The service​ was incredible! Constantly​asking if we needed anything, helping us around town with directions. Friendly. Breakfast was cooked fresh and they made whatever you wanted. I would stay here again.

I've stayed here before and find the value for the price ratio to be very high. The staff is always very attentive and truly interested in your satisfaction. Located in a great part of the North of Baq, easily walkable to many areas of interest. Centro Commercial Viva and Mall Buenavista are both very very close by.

From the moment I arrived I knew I just found my new vacation resort. From the bar staff, to the cleaning staff, to the hotel management .. a perfect vacation. I will defiantly return. Job well done!!

Upon arrival at the Estelar Grand Player Manzanillo Occidental Hotel in Cartagena, Colombia we were treated with utmost professionalism, courtesy, and personalized service. The property was in great shape, the food was fantastic, the drinks were never ending, and the room views were breathless.
