"Mini bar was stocked every morning with my choice of items. Staff was always nice, though a little slow at times. Heavy-handed at the bar on breakfast at the buffet was always hot and delicious!"

"I was very disappointed. What was online was not what the room looked like. There was also a smell but they masked it with something to cover up the smell. I asked to speak with a manager and got the runaround. I want a refund! I didn’t even feel safe. The door when locked wasn’t even stable. I would never recommend this place. I am calling to make a complaint until I get a full refund! I was also told by locals after they heard what happened to me is that had they known I had made a reservation they would have told me not to go there! I had to end up going to another place for my safety. This place should be shut down!"

"The property was very quiet and relaxing. The staff was very nice especially cleaning ladies and front desk clerk Adasia. The security guy for gate was very helpful . The swimming pool guy also nice . I sent emails prior to coming to negril , no one answered them for transfer from air port to hotel . However thank you JUTA TOURS IN AIRPORT they got us safely to resort . The continental breakfast was only WARM watermelon and two Pieces of pineapple with two mini muffins and 4 slices of toast . You have to purchase your actual breakfast if you want eggs and a meat, However there was almost 85% of menu they did not have . So you were left to go outside the resort to Eat breakfast . The restaurant on resort was closed the entire time if we wanted to stay on resort . Thank goodness for the next door resort coco lapalm for our first night there so we can get something to eat after our 1.5 hour travel to negril from airport . The pool did not look kept at all , very dirty . Which was discouraging from indulging . The beach access was amazing however the bedside beds was unkept dirty and broken . The bedrooms was clean and tv was good ! Balcony was cool place to reset after the excursions , or do tiktoks! Overall the experience in Negril was good ! The resort experience was lackluster and left you yearning for more . Please do some upgrades and/ or sell to someone that will market and maintain the property. The location is top tier ! You are missing out on a lot"

"Clean property on 7 mile beach. Nice bar area beachside and nice bar staff. Great for watching sunsets. Pool clean. Basic room with mini fridge. Property is green and lush. Only suggestion would be to replace bedding and towels as they were old, worn and dingy. "

"My favourite part about this resort is the staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, and the gardens were beautiful. It was a well maintained property. The beach, of course was beautiful and I loved how there was a lot of shade. Special things to Johnson for taking care of me by bringing my chair and towel every day. I will be back."
