"The rooms are beautifully decorated, the bed was comfortable and it had a very nice shower. The pool areas really nice, and the complimentary breakfast was good.
It would have been nice to have a small refrigerator or an ice dispenser in hotel. There is no real option to store leftover food or cold drinks.

"Upon check-in we were greeted by Shena with a big smile and friendly, fantastic attitude. We were a family of 14 driving from Albany NY on our way to Myrtle Beach. It's our annual vacation and we stay at this hotel every year. Our TV remote control needed batteries and Shena happily brought them to our room and installed them. She also told us if there's anything we need, to just let her know. This was by far our best experience at this hotel. The only issue was the lack of working ice machines....

"The no smoking room smelled like a thousand people had smoked in it for 40 years and no one has ever cleaned it. The breakfast was horrible. The rooms have not been updated in my generation.
