The staffing model at Citizen M allows for staff to be cross functional and share the tip pool. They appear to work very well together. "Great experience. Cool Texan vibe. Love the natural decor and fireplaces. Can’t get any closer to ladybird lake! Loved walking across birdie right to south congress area for dining and shopping. Bat watching is right there too on the bridge. Excellent location to walk everywhere. "
