"We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! Much worse, it was a room directly on the street, ground floor, with poor noise isolation, so you hear all the noises from everyone passing your door, cars, dogs, etc.
If this is not enough, there is a useless (locked) thin door to the side entry and the hallway with the other apartments, so...
"It was absolutely amazing. I went to celebrate my birthday in Valencia and without saying anything they welcomed me with a happy birthday, there was cake and gifts in our room and we really wanted to stay longer.

The hotel is excellent, it is located approximately 13 miles south of Valencia in a car. The pool is great, the staff is professional the dining facilities are great. The surrounding area is industrial but conveniently located far enough away from everything to where the hotel feels more like a resort.

Parking is difficult but the area is fantastic, plenty to do and great restaurants. Great stop for the ferry to Ibeza. Nothing you can't find here in the area. Also great parks

Siempre he estado genial en este hotel y siempre me han tratado muy amablemente en recepción (suelo ir por trabajo). Hoy sin embargo, quería tomar un café con mi compañera para trabajar y no ha habido forma de que nos dejasen consumir un café para ella junto a mi desayuno (si no pagábamos 17€). Es algo que hacemos habitualmente en hoteles de toda España y el señor que nos ha atendido ha sido...
Location could not be better. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Free bikes were pretty cool. Room was tiny, tiny but quiet. Lighting was fluorescent hell.
My wife and I had an excellent stay. We felt like we were staying at an all inclusive resort. Staff was friendly and room was kept clean. The pool area is super fun. Only slightly disappointed in the complicated pool towel process. Other than that a great stay.
The NH Ciudad is well located, about midway between the beach and city centre. It is on a busy street, with plenty of shops and food nearby. The wifi worked well, and the breakfast was worth the extra cost.
