The hotel was ideally situated for the Vatican City, St Peterās and other Rome attractions with easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Would definitely use the hotel again if in Rome. "

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! This is a GREAT bed and breakfast that offers fantastic customer service. Gianluca is an excellent host and the daily morning breakfast was the best we had in Italy.
Very clean place. Good space. Host even gave us snacks, coffee and tea. Was close to Vatican. Would have loved to have luggage storage before check in and after check out. Definitely worth coming back.

This property is right across from The Vatican. You could throw a rock over the wall. We didnāt know that the room shares a kitchen and living room with another room. It worked out fine for us. We did lots of walking and found a great restaurant just a block away recommended by Rick Steves.

Nearly perfect place to stay in Roma. Steps from St. Peterās & Musei Vaticani, and a few minutes from Piazza Resorgimento and the Ottaviano bus & metro stops. Extremely quiet at night. This property was well maintained and easily accessible to all of Romes major attractions by train or on foot. Highly recommend to all future travelers of Rome.
Great property which is modern and well furnished. Bedding was very comfortable and I felt very safe. Staff was friendly and amazing to chat with. The only thing you need to consider is that the metro station is 18 walking min away
The location is ideal for the Vatican and isnt as hectic as accommodations near big tourist sites. We arrived early and were able to leave our lugguage with the staff that is present for the morning. Overall great stay and helpful staff. They even serve you breakfast like an Ole fashion BnB.
Very nice hotel and the staff was great. An updated nunnery owned by the Vatican. I enjoyed the location and would stay there again. We upgraded to a room with a huge round tub. Looked cool, but not functional since you shower in it also.
