"The air conditioned room was life saving due to the heat wave affecting Split while I was visiting. The terrace had an incredible view of the Old Town and was wonderful to sit on at sunset when it was cooled down outside. The bedroom and bathroom I had was very spacious as well. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Split in the future!"

"Wish we were staying longer! The space was surprisingly spacious for old town Split. The AC worked beautifully and the location can’t be beat. Everything you could need was in walking distance. Everything was clean and we enjoyed it. I will say that it’s above a louder bar, but they shut down at like 11 and we closed the windows, so it wasn’t too bad. We’re younger so that didn’t bother us, but could see an older couple being annoyed at it."

"The location was amazing, right at the edge of the Riva and steps from the city walls. We were able to reserve a parking spot, which was so very helpful! The staff was very helpful and communicated well. Great stay!"

"Accepted the offer to have airport pickup, Ivan followed us from the parking to the door of the hotel. There is no possibility to drive in the old town as the streets are too narrow. He was very helpful and showed us around. Luca (the host) was very helpfyl the day after and helped us with luggage storing while we roamed the town awaiting the ferry."

The air conditioning worked great, and it was cool to stay in such an old building. We loved that we were right in the centre of the old palace and it really felt like living in Split for a few days. "Lovely guesthouse with beautiful ship decor and rustic brick walls. Provided coffee and tea amenities which were useful in the morning. You can see the sunrise from the window. The room was spacious for 2 people and the most comfortable bed I have ever found in a hotel. The guesthouse is in the center of everything. Highly recommend if you are visiting Split."
