It’s bit challenging to get to at first but almost any property in the old city would be for someone just getting there. Once you figure it out, the property is extremely located. Super clean, brand new, well appointed self service apartment.
Love this place! Everything is exceptional from the moment you walk in. Upon arrival, the woman behind the desk took about 15 minutes showing us on a map for us to keep where everything was to make it very easy. Residence Stine is the perfect location as it is close to everything including the ferries (7-10 minute walk) that you can take to other cities. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful! A wonderful bed and breakfast close to the port! Simple but clean and excellent service from the staff. Our room was modern with strong AC. We took their offer of getting picked up from the Split airport and are glad we did as it was much easier finding the property through the walk-only area after. Breakfast was great and the front desk staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
The room was VERY nice. Recently redone with a great big shower. Very clean and roomy. Great location convenient to everything. Easy walk to the port and main road. Highly recommend this property. Marina was great.

Toni our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. He went so far to manage our luggage and escort us to a complicated ferry situation to get to Hvar. I have traveled frequently oversees with family. Toni treated us as if we here his family. The location could not be better to get a real feel of Split.
This was my first time to Split, and wow, did I pick an incredible property. Honestly, the only con I can think of was that there are plenty of stairs, but otherwise, excellent! Comfortable bed, overlooks a courtyard, modern but in the backdrop of the old city. High tech with buttons for everything. I will run out of superlatives to describe how well we were treated during our stay in this very lovely hotel. The hotel was right smack in the middle of the best plaza by the Palace. We were picked up by Mario from the airport and he also brought us to the airport when we left — and I cannot appreciate enough the fact the he walked so far just so that he can carry our bags for us, especially since I have elderly parents. We were very grateful to him.

First off, the owner could not have been more awesome. He called us to make sure we knew where to go and when we got lost anyways he came and found us. After walking us to the hotel and showing us around he moved our car to a much cheaper lot and drove it back to us in the morning. He was very nice, answered all of our questions, gave a nice tour and then let us to ourselves.

Our say at this hotel was fantastic - great would be an understatement. The rooms are beautiful, welcoming, and perfect. The staff, well, they truly make the hotel even more of a fantastic place to stay. Extremely helpful, warm, friendly, and knowledgable, the staff really made our stay a memorable one. Good hotels have good rooms; great hotels have great staff. This is the only place to stay in Split, and even more so, in Croatia.
If you’re going to visit Split, you should consider just one place to stay. This place has it all. Location, great service, nearby parking, stunning views, and a staff that is beyond. Jan was a perfect tour guide and host. Ana was always there with great directions and a smile. The breakfast was lovely and ample. If I could give it 6 stars I would. 3 night stay in this lovely boutique hotel. Great room that combined modern comforts in bedding, air conditioning (much needed in Croatian summer) and bathroom with ancient touches (exposed walls of old building). Staff also helpful and warm to a person--everyone we interacted with from the owner to the bellhop was friendly and engaging. Truly enjoyed our stay.
Great location and comfy setup. The staff was very communicative and included pictures of how to find place. Very helpful and parked our car to help us unload into the car. Would deff stay again in this apartment.

I booked 3 rooms for myself and my family. All 3 rooms were beautifully appointed. Attention to the details were perfect. Absolutely a lovely hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in every way. The breakfast was very good and included made to order omelets.
