This is a quiet, easy-going place to stay in the westend of Berlin. From outside it appears nondescript but inside it is furnished in a plain but attractive style. My bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was a tasty and plentiful buffet. The staff were kind and helpful, and did their best to ensure that guests' stays were pleasant. We stayed at Hotel am Steinplatz for a week. The Hotel is great, great location, Great Breakfast, restaurant and Bar. The staff are very helpful and they were always ready to help us with anything we needed. The Hotel itself has a great story and it's where most of the famous German actors were staying and had their parties. Great staff, clean property. Very accommodating for late check out. Rooms are huge! VIP upgrade was phenomenal! I would definitely stay here again during my next trip in Berlin.

Spectacular!!!

Excellent breakfast buffet and dining area. Convenient water station on every floor, and 24-hour gym. No way to change or turn down the funky gym music, and you can smell the bacon from the kitchen if you go to the gym in the early AM lol. But still a great stay and will rebook if visiting again.

A wonderfully comfortable, crisp and contemporary hotel—easily accessible to everything in Berlin by virtue of its location near the main train station….also via a pleasant walk along the banks of the Spree River into the heart of Mitte. Value, style, and practicality make this hotel a new favorite for me.

We stayed there for Berlin Marathon. Loved this hotel. Very convenient location. A few minutes away from U-bahn station. Great breakfast.

Very nicely appointed studio apartment with a lot of space. Location is central with quick access to the U and S trains at Potsdamer Platz. Excellent location for the Philharmonie and Kulturforum.

The staff was excellent. The lady at the check-in was super helpful with get us to the hop on and off bus, umbrellas, fans for the room, etc. The bartender in the lobby was great. He gave us a restaurant recommendation that turned out to be the best German restaurant I’ve eaten at in Berlin. Small back street place. Dicke Wirtin.
