The hotel is secluded back off the main road, it is within walking distance of a large hospital, convenience stores, large intersection with night vendors.
If you're a big fan of the nightlife bars, girls, etc. it would be best to stay closer to the Nana Plaza area, although if you like the quiet calm life, this hotel is perfect.

"The hotel/condo itself is very nice, clean and the staff are very friendly. Convenient around 7-11 for your quick needs. It is not well lit so I wouldn’t suggest walking around alone. It is near the mall and a lot of street food stalls but again it’s a dark walk and you have to watch out for the motorbikes. "

The location is great just around the corner of Khao sam road, which means taxis tuk tuks travel agencies, tickets and great restaurants in the area. I love the decoration and the walls all in concrete. I recommend this place and the price is good the hotel is new."

"si eres mujer no vayas teniendo el periodo porque como manches alguna toalla o sabana te la cobrarán y además la exhibirán por toda la recepción sin el mas mínimo miramiento... de hecho lo de menos son los 100 BATH (2,5€) que me cobraron por una toalla minúscula, pero eso si, si la quieres te la puedes quedar... Por lo demás todo bien..."
