Loved staying here. Great communication and pickup at airport and the hotel was quiet with spotless rooms and awesome friendly staff. I'd definitely stay here again!
I was wrapping up a separate vacation trip to Phuket and wanted a nice place near the airport for the 3 nights before I could fly out. I found this on Tripadvisor, with a deal from Expedia. In my younger years I worked in hospitality, so I'm a bit jaded about hotels, especially resorts. But I thought I'd go for the experience and am pleased to say that the Slate exceeded all expectations. In over 60 years of travel, I'd be hard pressed to say that I've had better service, cleanliness and meals...
Very nice resort hotel located on its own private bay. Great for families and there were lots of kids. Although I enjoyed this resort very much I would of rather stayed in Patong. I was here to see Phuket area. I was traveling with another adult so the kid part I could of done without but not that I don't like kids! We did get a stomach bug and was down for over 24 hrs. I don't think it was the food but probably the kids. The rooms were big and spacious. They do have craft beers. They provide...
Wonderful. Nathan took great care of us. They have great local recommendations. Very walkable. Out of the places we saw in the city this was the best location and best place to stay.
This is our 10th time at Four Points hotel.
The hotel is great! First of all the staff, extraordinary hospitality and kindness. The service is the best.
Other than that, perfect location, great food and very clean.
Highly recommended:)
I Stayed at the Naka for 4 nights in the 3-bedroom villa. The space, views and service were incredible. As you pull up to the open air lobby, you will be blown away by the views. The villa was massive, with two floors, three bedrooms, four baths, common indoor and outdoor spaces, and private infinity plunge pool. Awesome space for a family stay.
The amenities on site were also great - restaurant offering free extensive breakfast buffet, workout facilities with daily fitness class schedules...
The best feature of this hotel is its location, both in terms of natural beauty and privacy…just a short tuk tuk or taxi drive from the heart of Patong, Bangala Road. Nestled in a hilly private cove at the southern end of patong beach.
The layout of the room buildings is spread out throughout the extensive resort property, so walking to go from the room to the lobby, beach, restaurants and swimming pools, including up long stairs, is part of the deal here. Three story beach front rooms have no...
Loved this hotel, but won’t be next time I won’t pay for the all inclusive, it’s a separate menu, drinks only for one of the bars and they charge me for the drinks in my fridge
We loved our stay here with our two teenagers. Our room was huge (we had a 2-bedroom suite) and gave us the space to relax and unwind, as well as escape the heat. The service everywhere was fantastic, and extremely friendly. The pools, restaurant and cafe were all clean and beautiful. This resort is just a few minutes walk to the beach and into the small town, which we did more than once every day. It’s also across the street from a convenience store where we stocked up on snacks and drinks for...
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast every morning was AMAZING. Our room exceeded our expectations. The pool is beautiful with a great ocean view, and the resort isn’t far from many other great places, like Nai Harn Beach.
This resort was extremely nice for a very reasonable price. As two backpackers, my friend and I really enjoyed our few nights here in what seemed like luxury after some of the other places we stayed. The staff was extremely friendly, the pools were nice, the rooms were nice and clean and overall it was a great stay!
The best thing about the property is the service. It is great in itself, for reasons like the location and convenience and cleanliness. But for me, it was the service that put it above and beyond.
Upon my return to the area, I had a paid reservation at another reputable hotel, I missed this hotel so much, that I left the other hotel and returned back here.
