"Its good service but parking wasn't enough space"

"Helpful staff. We love this hotel , only a block from the canal , where we stay for skating holidays. Having a kitchen where we can make our own meals is a big plus. Convenient underground parking. Walking distance to neighborhood grocery stores and also the centre of Ottawa. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times alone on business trips but this time around I had my family with me. The staff are always friendly and accommodating and service has always been great. The hotel is always clean. The same goes for the room. I like that there’s underground parking. Just makes it nice that you don’t have to brush snow off when you’re parked outside."
