Super limpio buenas personas tremendo hotel 4 días maravillos

Necesitan poner más información y fotos reales del hotel las fotos que están allí publicadas no son las del hotel que fui aparte hay dos Hyatt y cuando llegas al aeropuerto te llevan al que no es para cobrarte más dinero por eso deberían poner las especificaciones bien y las fotos reales de donde vas a estar gracias

For the price it is a great place for the wonderful location the restaurants around there are really good

The staff was perfection. The room was clean, large and very comfortable beds. The free airport shuttle was super convenient

What i really love about the place was, ❤clean i love the view from my room,they always cleaning and they repect your privacy, smiling at all time, the food is great and healthy 😀😊... i love the early morning fresh juice 😀😊 and they have Room service FREE OF CHARGEI will be back again with my daughter and i know shw will love it... 💘😀😊

Great hotel

Cozy all-suites hotel in a very walkable and safe neighborhood. Quiet, cozy apartments with nice park and city views on the three upper floors. Comfy comforters and relatively warm rooms for those cold Bogota nights. Amazing internet speeds well above US standards! Plenty of free parking in a secure garage that is less cramped than most Bogota hotel garages. Beautiful views from the roof deck. Looking forward to staying again.

Always a great choice for us. We stayed at the Sonesta Bogota 3 times and once in Pereira for 2022. Even though I am from Colombia, living in the USA has made me spoiled when it comes to hotels, to be more specific, softer mattresses and the option of air conditioning. Plenty of food options within walking distance and if you like beer like I do, there is a Beer Pub with an entrance from the lobby. The Sonesta is in my top 3 stays for Bogota and is very reasonably priced for all that is offered.

A friend recommended this hotel and it is excellent. The rooms are spotless and very modern. Great facilities - a rooftop jacuzzi, spa, bar with live music. The staff have all been helpful. The theme of the hotel is all organic which is unique. There is a nice area for shopping and dining within walking distance.

It had a lovely spa. It was a little too cold to use the pool, though. It was the perfect spot on a quiet street far from the traffic, but next to many restaurants. The breakfast was really good, with lots of options. Dinner was also really good with a guitarist and a flamingo dancer/singer.

¡Gran experiencia! La habitación fue muy cómoda, el lugar comercial y cerca de cualquier transporte así como restaurantes y cafés. El personal fue siempre muy amable y me dieron muchas facilidades para mis actividades 🙌

El hotel para mi es uno de los mejores calidad - precio en Bogotá. El persona es afable, en especial Juan del área de recepción. Tiene todo, habitaciones cómodas, desayuno bueno y diverso, buena ubicación, en fin. Es mi tercera vez y no será la última
