Absolutely gorgeous property, most relaxing atmosphere I have ever experienced. We felt clean, safe, and respected throughout our stay. We booked this property for our ten year anniversary after seeing it on Pinterest. The front desk, valet, and service are the best! We are already planning a trip back in a few months to celebrate our birthdays. We live far but this property makes all the travel worth it to experience such peace and relaxation. Our 2nd time in this hotel this year and again: Great staff! (Front desk, house keeping, breakfast) Great service!!! Nice, clean and roomy rooms Good breakfast (incl fresh rolls, different cheeses, turkey, eggs, waffles, etc ) Good fresh coffee (24 hours) Lots of restaurants in the neighborhood Good parking facility attached to hotel Near metrorail and metromover We will definitely come back here.

I was left stranded in Miami for 2 days, due to american airlines, with no bags. I randomly selected the hotel beaux arts as i had been awake for 24 hours and had no luggage. How fortunate I was. It is a beautiful hotel with a warm welcoming staff. Five days later, I still do not have my bags and have been hung up on by AA more times than I care to mention. If you have to be alone on Thanksgiving with no bags. i highly recommend the Hotel Beaux Arts.

Stay pre cruise and really like it. Hotel itself is great and will be better once renovations are finished. Good dining options around. Convenient to the ports.

Great place greater staff

This was our second time staying at the Element in Miami Brickell. One of the best parts of this hotel is the location as it is in the heart of downtown and the amenities like the pool. During this trip, we were celebrating our recent engagement. Melissa checked us in and right from the start made us feel so welcomed. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back. The location is excellent - there are convenience stores on both sides of the building, and it’s within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and the mall. The building itself offers great amenities, including a gym, multiple pools with hot tubs, a game room, and a free parking space, which is a huge bonus in downtown Miami.
