"The staff was great the manager Deanna was great. We had some problems with the room and she moved us from no problems. The staff was also very helpful. Explained how to get around town. Emily and Liam was a big help. Location of the hotel was great got around went to the game went to the pier. Had a great time.beds were a little firm or hard. Rooms are small but a place to crash with great location."

"We were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort of our room. The property itself looks a bit older, but it’s obvious that attention was made to update the finishes of the rooms. The staff was very helpful and efficient and secure onsite parking was also appreciated. Perfect location to restaurants and arts district."

The location is very convenient, with easy access to shopping malls, restaurants, and other attractions nearby. The staff were friendly, and the stay met our expectations. "Overall the hotel was great. What we needed for the 3 pre cruise nights. Not happy that they gave our bedroom away though as we arrived late to the hotel (after 11pm). We needed 3 beds, one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Was advised on check in we had a suite with one bed and a sleeper sofa. Told the manager to either give us 2 rooms or find one with 3 beds, putting someone else out which was unacceptable. Being tired and irritated it wasn't my problem however, but the girls as they started the problem. Well located with a supermarket across the way making it convenient for a quick bight"
