"Fantastic location. We had a room in the back which was extremely quiet. The hotel has been recently painted so there was a faint smell of paint in the room and it meant that the door kept getting stuck so it was really hard to open/close. The bed was very comfy and the aircon worked well (which is rare for Paris!) despite the limitation of 19 degrees. "We had a wonderful stay at Residhome Paris. We stayed in the Executive Duplex, and it was incredibly spacious—especially by Paris standards. Having one and a half bathrooms was such an unexpected bonus and made the duplex very comfortable for our stay. The property was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The staff were consistently pleasant, friendly, and responsive. Our room was initially missing a few amenities, including an iron, but we simply mentioned it to the front desk before heading out to dinner. By the time we returned, everything had been delivered to our room. We really appreciated how quickly they took care of it. The location is excellent. It is centrally located, and we were able to walk to many places or easily use transportation to reach all of the major sights throughout Paris. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Spacious accommodations, a great central location, cleanliness, safety, and genuinely helpful staff. I would highly recommend Residhome Paris Opéra, particularly the Executive Duplex, and would happily stay here again on a future trip to Paris"

"The hotel offers great security it's inside an street passage with a security door so you need a code to access the hotel entrance. Good location in a very active neighborhood plenty of restaurants, and interesting places like the Moline Rouge and metro Pigalle station at just minutes walk distance. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Every day room was cleaned. The electronic lock of the security box was broken and the staff offered a physical 🔑 to solve this problem. We recomend to the staff to fix the room door that need lubrication to reduce noise. Overall the experience was great and the selection of the hotel was very good. Very recommended."
