"Very happy with my 3-night stay. I like to be self-sufficient, and this hotel was perfect in so many ways - extremely clean, quiet, each room had all the things you need, plus pajamas in the hallway for guests. Laundry, vending machines, ice machine are all available onsite. Price was great. Yes, room was small but this is Tokyo! As well, multiple train stations close, including the main Tokyo Station. The area was quiet. The staff was lovely and helpful."

"Pretty much everything you could expect from a hotel you will find here. So happy I chose this location as well as it was easy to walk just about everywhere and it being outside the very busy area of downtown Tokyo. I would stay here again!!"

"We really enjoyed this room. It was spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. I appreciated the sitting area next to the window as it provided a space to put our things and store our luggage, making the rest of the room more comfortable. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. I’ve used these same pillows at other budget hotels in Japan, like Tavinos, and I’m not a fan. They have beads in them, making them both flat and hard. I would have appreciated a second blanket in the room, as the bedding is minimal. The mini fridge was nice to have and gave us a place to store snacks and drinks in. The bathroom feels a little cramped, but it was fine, and the water pressure in the shower is great. I appreciated that room cleaning was free and could be requested daily by placing the appropriate magnate on the outside of your door. The location is great too and not too far from Shinjuku Station. There are two convenience stores at the bottom of the hotel, as well as other restaurants and facilities, including a pharmacy. The hotel also has a free luggage locker you can use in the lobby, which was great for the final day of our trip where we had time to explore before heading to the airport."

"This hotel exceeded expectations. Any complainers not giving 5/5 stars must truly be pains. Exceptional staff ALWAYS smiling and ready to help - which they do. I must have asked for 50+ amenities from towels to laundry detergent and I never heard a “No sorry”. Stella was especially lovely. Rooms are spacious enough and filled with great appliances the refrigerator and washing/dryer machine combo are STRONG. So is the TOTO toilet in the best way. Hotel location is amazing. Ginza is high-end and it was walking distance easily to shopping, trains, and a 24/7 Ichiran which we went to multiple times. The TV in the room was also amazing! Honestly if you want 10-20% more you’re going to HAVE TO book a 5-star which will probably cost 100-200% more a night. I have absolutely zero complaints with this hotel and have nothing but compliments. Thank you Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji. Next time in Japan we WILL stay at a Mitsui Garden hotel. PERIOD."
