This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. Amazing experience

This hotel is new, clean and well maintained. It is very close to I275 and easy to find. The breakfast had both hot and cold foods with a good variety. The rooms spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which comfortable for four people. There is a small kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is a outdoor pool with sitting area. The pool is not heated. We found the staff to be exceptionally...

They brought me towels and wash cloths. They took out the trash and were very nice. The rooms are better inside than what the outside looks like. I would stay there again. Keep up the great service!

It appeared clean. Some of the furnishings needed upgrading. Pieces of furniture looked well worn. The front desk ladies were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was very appetizing. The air system was loud. Pillows terrible. But again, I felt safe and welcomed

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this hotel. In particular every member of staff could not have been nicer or more helpful from our early check in Tiffany was delightful to deal with. We had a fabulous cleaner Ashley who was so kind even though we brought half of the sand on the beach back into the room. Even the maintenance man was immediately kind and helpful when I dropped a whole package of grapes on the elevator floor. Breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean....

Room was ready and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The entire facility was nice.

Yes the pool was great a lot of chairs for the guests, pool toys for the kids and adults and clean and friendly staff.

This hotel is the best of the best for your family really close to the beach

Our room was extremely small and we could hear neighbors like they were in our room. We booked this hotel primarily for the airport shuttle. Wasn’t able to use it because we needed to leave 30 min before it started. Waste of money.

Clean room, comfortable bed and nice breakfast.

The hotel is perfectly located. We walked everywhere. When it was raining, we were offered a free car service to a local restaurant. The free breakfast was great! The only drawback is the small, extremely shallow pool.

Everything about this place is fantastic. The friendless and willingness of the staff alone makes this establishment a win. Ontop of that. You have the Taco Bus connected to the hotel. Parlor Doughnuts next door and a Ice cream shop kiddie corner. Room was spotless. Constant hot water. Shower was roomy and spotless. Balcony was priceless. Trust me,get the ocean view. Endless beaches a short walk away I parked and didn't drive again for 3 days Looking forward to returning

Will definitely stay here again

Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

Staff at hotel was very helpful with scheduling our transport to the cruise terminal and offering advance concerning Ybor City!

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.
