This hotel is new, clean and well maintained. It is very close to I275 and easy to find. The breakfast had both hot and cold foods with a good variety. The rooms spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which comfortable for four people. There is a small kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is a outdoor pool with sitting area. The pool is not heated. We found the staff to be exceptionally...

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this hotel. In particular every member of staff could not have been nicer or more helpful from our early check in Tiffany was delightful to deal with. We had a fabulous cleaner Ashley who was so kind even though we brought half of the sand on the beach back into the room. Even the maintenance man was immediately kind and helpful when I dropped a whole package of grapes on the elevator floor. Breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean....

Room was ready and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The entire facility was nice.

They brought me towels and wash cloths. They took out the trash and were very nice. The rooms are better inside than what the outside looks like. I would stay there again. Keep up the great service!

Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

This hotel definately exceeded our expectations. Even though it is an old building (built in the early 1900s), the staff is very proud of its heritage and previous famous guests. They have done an outstanding job renovating and upkeeping this place. The hotel areas and rooms were impecably clean and the ambiance was from an old high vintage high class hotel. Amazing experience

The HH is my go-to when staying in Downtown St Pete. It is central to everything; the water, restaurants, and retail. The Sunday Pool Party is famous and a “must” for out-pf-towners.

Very friendly and clean. Complementary breakfast and a beer in the evening is nice.

First of all, the staff are great...friendly and helpful...the hotel itself is beautiful... my new friend, the parking attendant across the hotel... just wished that the hotel bar/restaurant was finished during our stay.... will definitely go back again...

When my grandma and I first came we were greeted when we went to check in with free drinks and then room service always ensured we had water. Property has free taxi rides that work on tips. Bikes, beach chairs, beach loungers, umbrella. I think the only thing I wish the hotel had would be more food options at 82 degrees restaurant other than that the staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our family and friends.

Great staff, beautiful clean new rooms, comfortable beds. You can tell that this is a newer hotel, very high standards. Delicious breakfast with many hot items. No complaints, would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and the location is perfect !!! I really love everything about this trip my only concern is the ac on my room it was really hot my only dislike other than that everything was perfect the view the sunset and the food !!!!! I will come back for sure ❤️
