When my grandma and I first came we were greeted when we went to check in with free drinks and then room service always ensured we had water. Property has free taxi rides that work on tips. Bikes, beach chairs, beach loungers, umbrella. I think the only thing I wish the hotel had would be more food options at 82 degrees restaurant other than that the staff was super friendly and we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to our family and friends.

This hotel is new, clean and well maintained. It is very close to I275 and easy to find. The breakfast had both hot and cold foods with a good variety. The rooms spacious and comfortable. We stayed in a two bedroom suite which comfortable for four people. There is a small kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove top and dishwasher. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is a outdoor pool with sitting area. The pool is not heated. We found the staff to be exceptionally...

I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this hotel. In particular every member of staff could not have been nicer or more helpful from our early check in Tiffany was delightful to deal with. We had a fabulous cleaner Ashley who was so kind even though we brought half of the sand on the beach back into the room. Even the maintenance man was immediately kind and helpful when I dropped a whole package of grapes on the elevator floor. Breakfast was great and the hotel was very clean....

Room was ready and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. The entire facility was nice.

They brought me towels and wash cloths. They took out the trash and were very nice. The rooms are better inside than what the outside looks like. I would stay there again. Keep up the great service!

Staff at hotel was very helpful with scheduling our transport to the cruise terminal and offering advance concerning Ybor City!

Very cool place, excellent 7th floor pool and lounge area! Nice gym as well.

I have rate it 100% satisfaction except the pre paid parking which cost you 32$ per Night but otherwise I would stay again .

Yes the pool was great a lot of chairs for the guests, pool toys for the kids and adults and clean and friendly staff.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable - AND quiet! The only thing I noticed that they may want to change is when the lobby restrooms are cleaned. Both days this was during breakfast, which is of course the busiest time. This also happened while our seminar was going on, which meant when we had a break, the only restroom available to us was out of order. Great convenient place with a fantastic pool and bar.

Great hotel in a great location. Price was much lower than other hotels of comparable quality. I would definitely stay there on my next trip to Tampa.

The staff was friendly, hotel clean, and very close to Busch Gardens.

Close to Main Street (downtown Dunedin), easy to walk to most destinations. Hotel staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, Tea and Coffee available all day. Room Service was timely. Room comfortable and clean.

Our room was extremely small and we could hear neighbors like they were in our room. We booked this hotel primarily for the airport shuttle. Wasn’t able to use it because we needed to leave 30 min before it started. Waste of money.
