"My stay there was fantastic, its very near wangfujing street which is full of shopping complexes and FnB. Shout-out to the housekeeper madam 孔卫红, she took great care of our room, restock the amenities and does a wonder daily cleaning. On the first night my wife found the pillow to be too soft so she stacked a bathrobe underneath it, the housekeeper noticed this the next day and place an additional pillow for her without us asking. Wonderful!"

There are also countless dining options nearby, along with easy access to shopping areas. The hotel itself is well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities, which were perfect for families. Breakfast was also a standout—an impressive selection with excellent quality that made for a great start to each day. Despite the initial hiccup, the exceptional service truly made all the difference. "
