"Ya había estado en el 2014 cuando aun era Sheraton y ya entonces me llevé una buena sensación . Ahora es Helnan y no ha empeorado , sigue siendo un hotel de 5 estrellas.
Hay tres controles de seguridad antes de entrar en recepción , lo cual , en mi opinión es muy de agradecer.
El personal es amable y resuelve problemas . Cuidan los detalles . Les pedí hacer una llamada local y no me la cobraron , cosa que en otros hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas aprovechan para clavarte.

"This place was amazing! The view cannot be beat we couldn’t believe that you could see all 3 pyramids and the sphinx right on the doorstep. The staff were incredible, organised tours at reasonable prices and always checking on us. They ordered food for us and always made sure we had enough water. There is a great rooftop to relax and the room is comfortable with good AC. We are so glad we stayed here and couldn’t recommend it more highly. "

"I was there for 4 days and 5 nights. The rooms are clean and up to date with a comfortable bed. The staff including the owners are very pleasant and helpful. The driver Yusuf is fun and a great asset to the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you :) "

"The view from the top os incredible. The pool is small and cute. The breakfast options for continental was repetitive but very tasty. Pool opens from 8am to 11pm. Breakfast was daily from 9am to 11am. It was about 30mins from downtown cairo and 10mins to the pyramids but in a mich cleaner and gated community. The staff were alll brilliant but special thanks goes to Mr Isam who was so amazing from our first day there until the last day. I would happily return to this hotel. "

"A bit far from the pyramids but you get what you pay for, rooms were ok, quite a new building so was alright. No hot water in the rooms, so wasn’t good. Non existent breakfast - so went to McDonald’s instead. We had a car so was a good location for pyramids and GEM."

"El lugar esta cerca de las Piramides. El local es muy bonito pero es una construccion antigua. El agua caliente no funiono bien. Los telefonos del cuarto y el pequeno refrigerador nunca funcionaron. La comida estupnda y el personal muy, muy amable."
