Great hotel with excellent staff. Very nice hotel with a geat location.

The hotel looks small from the outside and the check in counter area is small, but the rooms are huge and very comfortable. They have a robot that delivers food to your room. Staff was friendly even though there were a language barrier but they went the extra mile to help.

We stayed here for about 16 nights visiting relatives in Yanjiao. Amazing experience, clean rooms, friendly/attentive staff, and an overall comfortable environment. I recommend this place to both locals and visitors. They provided clean sheets and towels for us every day and free water bottles. Very convenient laundry facility w/detergent and washer/dryer free of charge. A delicious, wide selection of dishes for breakfast buffet. Every member of the staff (manager, reception, cleaning crew) went...

I booked excursions to the Great Wall of China, and I had a limited amount of time, the hotel staff found a suitable option for me, and I looked at the Great Wall of China and even visited the Buddha Temple, I was very satisfied.

Room is better than I expected and covenantally close to the airport with a shuttle

Nice hotel

The room felt more like a serviced apartment than a regular hotel room. It had a full kitchen and a large bathroom with the toilet and washbasin in the same room. There were two air conditioners, but both were located around the kitchen area. Because of that, it was actually quite difficult for the cool air to reach the bedroom properly. Another issue was that almost everything was in Chinese, including the washing machine, air conditioner control panel and even the bathroom exhaust remote. It...

From the when we first walked in all was lovely. The staff have been helpful and courteous.

Hotel is at great location, about 35 - 40 minutes from the airport in light traffic. Hotel itself is in very good condition. Staff is very professional and helpful. We tried the Char grill restaurant. The wine selection covers all ranges, starting from $50. The steaks are very well prepared and cooked, although at bit pricy at $60 - 70. The fish was nicely grilled and priced more reasonably. The service was professional as well. We also visited the executive area on the 22nd floor. It provides...

Stunningly beautiful hotel but must stay on club floor the lobby and

Excellent hotel for one night stay before flight. Very clean, super friendly and helpful staffs. Good in-house restaurant and convenient location close to the airport. The complimentary airport shuttle is a plus. Will definitely come back.

This is the hotel I stay at every time when I travel to Beijing all because the customer service is exceptional. I stayed for 17 days this time around, honestly, from the service manager to front desk personnel, to the cleaning maid, to the doorman, everyone made me feel like I’m right at home. It was an excellent experience, will definitely stay again.

All the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent. There is a nice mall (Wang Jing Walk) with restaurants just around the corner. Starbucks is downstairs and Pete’s is in the mall.

Great location and snacks

Particular I like the laundry option.
