"Rang the premises, about the parking situation. They said that you have to move your vehicle every two hours. In the end I decided to use public transport instead.
Staff were welcoming! Bedroom was cleaned everyday. Loads of cafes in easy reach.

"Very lovely stay in room 1 with two beds, a double and a single which were very comfortable and clean. The relax inn guest house is within a very walkable distance from the pier and the lanes, very convenient with plenty of shop, pub, and dining options. Would definitely recommend and would come back for my next trip to Brighton. "

"Loved this little b&b. Area is walkable, lots of shops, restaurants and things to do. Close to the water and about a 20 min walk from the train station. Floor is definitely slanted but other than that this place is wonderful. It’s fairly quiet, has a window, a fridge and a small but not too small shower. The cable didn’t work but the staff tried to fix it for us. Check in was friendly and accommodating. "

"It was really cosy, great location and allowed us to keep our bags there after we checked out so we could go around Brighton without our bags. It was only £5 for that service as well."

"A lovely property, just as described with a great location, minutes from the beach, walks over the beautiful cliffs and the town, which has plenty of choice for places to eat.
