"The hotel is really clean and modern. A few areas were sealed off due to maintenance but didn’t affect the stay.
The staff were lovely and polite.
The breakfast is worth every penny, from fresh produce, sweet and savoury, cooked, egg station cooked to order."

Location was excellent 5 minutes from 525 strip, and close to the beach, there is also a little parade of bars further up, which were also great. "

"A lovely hotel about 25 mins walk to the centre, we had a large room with great shower, bed and aircon. Breakfast was plentiful and staff were very pleasant. The area was quiet and perfect for our stay. We would definitely come again, Cartagena is a great place to visit!"

It is a very nice hotel, with friendly staff. I was there for two weeks. Not at the center of things, but the price and facility was great. About 5 minutes drive to downtown area. Parking was ample and free.
Breakfast hot food cold. Desk clerk didn’t tell taxi where we were going so I had to use translator. No WiFi in rooms, lobby or restaurant. They looked shocked I didn’t report WiFi outage, not my job. Four star hotels are on that stuff. Wouldn’t stay again, needed WiFi.
The staff treated us like family. This is a hidden gem with gorgeous views and easy dining/cafe. It's located on the beach with a beautiful walkway. Great AC and hot water.
