"This is a very convenient hotel if you want to be on Tumon. Price was good value for a clean room and great air conditioning. High water pressure and hot water. On “could be better” was no shower door so be sure to put a towel down. "

"Room was great, AC kept it nice and cool, service down at the desk and from housekeeping was great. Nice smart tv in the room with all the usual streaming apps (some require you to sign in with your own account, of course, but YouTube you can watch for free). Laundry room just off the lobby worked without issue. Just overall a great stay at a great price. The only downside is that its way up on the north end of Guam, but it was absolutely worth it."
